Control systems for many machine tool loading applications have been designed, manufactured and installed by ourselves. From single machines with conveyors and small handling robots to large manufacturing systems with multiple machines and processes. On the, multi machine application shown below, control of the production process is dictated and controlled by the overhead gantry robots, which starting with raw billets transfer parts through the various stages of machining whilst controlling part program selection and reject handling.
