Once the control system design has been completed the software design phase can be started. The starting point for the software design will be a detailed description of the operation of the machine. This can either be prepared by the client on some form of sequential diagram or document, or we will be happy to add this aspect to the function specification document.
Flow diagrams will be prepared to detail and document the sequences and functions of the machine. Following this, the coding procedure can be carried out. As detailed on our systems experience page, our knowledge extends through almost all PLC systems commonly found in industry, plus CNC, PC and motion control based systems. All software is designed and written by our own Engineers. Sub-contract software resources are not used, this ensures that the quality of the software can be assured and the equipment maybe properly supported in the future.
